Dear One:
On this page, you will find articles, recipes, and tips to balance your Vatta dosha.
As a first step, I suggest you eliminate any dry foods from your diet, such as crackers and dry cereals. Also eliminate any cold food, like drinks directly from the fridge. Avoid having your tummy empty and overextending yourself at work. Sleep a good 10 to 12 hours per day.
If you are already familiar with your dosha and want to make your next step in the refinement of your diet, I suggest you favour fortifying foods, like tonics and the daily supplement chyavanprash. Avoid over detoxifying yourself and favour massage therapy with warm sesame oils.
