Mango Juice: The Golden Treasure for Vattas
This is a simple recipe that is absolutely delicious!
Besides relieving vata in the body, this juice removes toxins, invigorates nerve tissue, is good for your heart, improves complexion, energizes your body, relieves stress, relieves constipation, and helps your mentality.
Ingredients:
1 mango
1 cup yoghurt
2 tbsp of palm sugar
a few spoons of water to make it the thickness you please
Directions:
Remove the skin and seed from the mango. Add the mango, yoghurt, and palm sugar. Blend it and add a few spoons of water to make the puree as thin as you would like. Serves 2.
