2 ripe bananas
⅓ cup almonds, soaked for 8
hours, drained, peeled and rinsed
¼ cup pitted dates
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups warm water
grated ginger to taste
Preparation
1.Place the bananas, almonds,
dates, cinnamon, soaked chia seeds and grated ginger in your blender and add
the warm water. Blend until smooth
2.Divide the smoothie between
2 glasses and serve.
