Tips to Control Pitta Dosha

  • Add more sweet and astringent fruits in your diet.
  • Don't drink water after meals because your body already has secretions inside your body.
  • Don't eat more fiber in your diet because it will weaken your mucosa, which is already delicate.
  • Avoid Nicotine and Caffeine and try herbal teas instead. A tea that helps the liver would be the best to remove toxins for you.

  1. I find that managing stress is one of my most important pitta tasks. TM is very helpfu for reducing stress and managing emotions and makes it easier to follow a pitta pacifying diet.
