Wakame Sesame Seed Mixture

This is a lovely tonic that improves mineral balance, iron and iodine condiments aid in digestion and add extra vitamins and minerals to meals can be used instead of salt for flavoring sprinkle on grains and veggie dishes.

This rich powder is  low in sodium, and serve as a flavorful addition to your meal.

The oxalic acid in sesame seeds is neutralized by the soaking and roasting procedures, (oxalic acid can affect the joints, leading to or worsening the symptoms of arthritis)


This  tonic will give you clear skin that holds its elasticity and antioxidant protextions for your body. The wakame will prevent any skin damage from the sun, chemical exposure, or other environmental contaminants. One serving of this tonic contains 15 percent of the manganese you should consume daily.

Wakame soup contains quantities of antioxidant nutrients as well, including vitamin C, vitamin A, selenium and vitamin E.


Ingredients:
1 ounce wakame
1/4 cup sesame seeds, soaked and drained
roast wakame in oven at 350 degrees F for 10-15 minutes, until dark and crispy
grind to a fine powder
dry roast sesame seeds until they have a nutty aroma and begin to pop
add to wakame and grind until seeds are 90% crushed
store in a glass jar with a shaker lid and sprinkle on your food for a mineral-rich, savoury taste-bud's delight!
