Dietary Tips for the Pitta Dosha

You can do some simple dietary changes in your diet to balance pitta dosha.

 Here a few suggestions:
  • Favor foods with sweet, bitter and astringent taste.
  • Favor cool, dry and slightly heavy foods.
  • Eat fewer salty, sour and pungent foods
  • Eat at regular times each day.
  • Eat a balance breakfast and a early lunch.
  • Avoid refined sugar
  • Limit alcohol and caffeine.
  • Avoid conducting business while eating.
  • Don't eat poorly; trust your digestion can handle it.
