Wild Rose and Mint Lassi

Lassi is a smoothy of India. Usually made with yogurt and fruit- no the best combination, since can produce acidity. Lassi, however can be a nourishing drink and a easy way to satisfy digestion. This cooling lassi is an exotic touch to any part of your day.

Ingredients:
2 tsp yogurt- optional
1/2 cup of coconut milk- fresh if possible.
1 cup water- add water to  a desirable consistency 
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped or torn into small pieces.

1/4 cup rose petals, dried or fresh- make sure they are organic. Do not use commercial grow roses.
1 tsp lime juice
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of stevia
10 drops of rose water.

Blend to desire consistency. Strain to remove the rose dust.
Great for pittas. For my vatta friends: add a pinch of ginger and change coconut milk by organic cow milk.
