1 handful of raw organic almonds
1 tsp of Satya Spices - Women's Blend
Pinch of maple syrup
1 tbsp ghee
Coarsely chop the almonds and roast in the ghee until golden. Add the Women's Blend Spices and continue to roast for 1 minute on low. Be careful not to burn the spices. Meanwhile, chop the bananas into large pieces and mix into the spices. Roll the bananas until they are fully coated with spices and then remove immediately.
Eat as is or use as a topping on coconut sorbet. Bliss for women in their moon cycle!
