This comforting Pitta Dosha breakfast is open to your creativity and to dosha adjustment. The super food that oats are, is surely a enhancement to the coconut & camu camu satya blend.
Ingredients
2 cup oats
2 big oranges
1/4 cup of coconut milk cook all this in medium heat for 5 min
1/2 cup of apple sauce
1 pinch of salt
1 cup water ( add more if needed.)
At end add:
cut oranges in cubes
4 tsb or satyia sweet pitha
mix and serve
add sweet pitha after ontop
Dosha:
Vata: Add cardamon & cinnamon
Kapha: replace coconut milk with oat milk or almond, add 1/2 tsp of sweet chili & 1/2 ginger Pwdr
