Dietary Tips for the Vatta Dosha

My delicate and sensitive friends can use a few tips in their diet to prevent imbalances.
Here a few:
  • Favor food with sweet, sour and salty taste.
  • Favor heavy, moist and warming food.
  • Eat fewer bitter, pungent and astringent food.
  • Enjoy 3 or 4 smaller meals at regular times each day.
  • Eat a balance breakfast each day.
  • Avoid eating when anxious or nervous.
  • Sit down to eat and avoit to eat in a run.
  • Eliminate white sugar and caffeine.
  • Use warming spices to improve digestion.
  • Avoid cold and carbonated beverages.
