This chutney is lovely for pitta constitutions or for those hot summer days. It takes 5 minutes to put all the ingredients together and to make any dish colorful and refreshing. Lovely for Pitta constitutions.
Ingredients
1/2 cup mint leaves.
5 fresh curry leaves.
3 tsp of any ground nuts
1 cup of grated unsweetened coconut.
salt
1/2 cup water
Place all ingredients in the blender for a few minutes until forming a paste. Serve immediately.
