Sesame seeds is a protein food. 1 tbsp of sesame is equivalent of 60 grams of beef. That may inspire you, as well as this 10-minute recipe to boost your energy and iron levels. Ingredients:
4 tbsp whole sesame seeds
4 tbsp raw sesame tahini
2 tbsp raw honey
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon
1/2 tsp chilli peppers
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp orange peel
Pinch of salt
Procedure:
Toast the sesame seeds in an iron skillet over low heat.
Blend the toasted sesame seeds and then grind them. Pour the rest of the ingredients in until you form a paste.
Make each ball 1 inch in diameter. Place on a plate and serve.
