Black radish is rich in Vitamin C, sulfur, and B Vitamins.It is warming and helps to improve the quality of gastric juices.
Ingredients:
for 2 people, 5 minutes
1 large black radish, peeled and grated
½ cup fresh lemon juice
½ cup coriander, chopped finely
4 tsp hazelnut oil (this is a real treat)
½ tsp ginger
Salt
Procedure:
Put all ingredients in a small bowl, mix well and serve.
Lovely for kapha and vatta, in excess will increase pitta.
