Sun flower seeds with spices

Treats and snacks can not be more simple that to roast for a couple of minutes seeds.Sunflower seeds roasted with spices and ghee is nutritious and appropiated for all doshas. . It's really simple and can be combined with salads, rice, or vegetables. ... and so yummy and delicious. For vatta you can add other type of seeds that had being resting in water for a couple of hours.
Sunflower seeds are easily digested, and youth-protecting. They are anti-inflammatory and cardiovascular beneficial from the Vitamin E they contain.They improve the detoxification of the body and prevent cancer because of their Selenium content. They contain Choline, Betaine, and Phenolic Acids. The Choline plays a big role in helping memory and cognitive functions. They are also one of the best foods to eat to control the cholesterol level.
Ingredients:
2 tsp of selected spices of your dosha (either from Satya Spices blends or making your own) example turmeric, cumin, coriander, ginger, salt, cinnamon.
2 tsp ghee

Preheat oven at 200 c, put in  a flat pan the seed with the spices, roast for 15 minutes.
Add to salad or store in a glass jar. Good for all doshas.
