Guidelines for Post-Panchakarma Care & Life Integration
Completing your 21-day Panchakarma program is a significant step toward lasting health and balance. To protect your progress and gently reintegrate into daily life, please follow these guidelines:
1. Continue Following Your Dosha Protocol
- Adhere to the diet and lifestyle recommendations provided for your constitution (Vata, Pitta, or Kapha).
- Avoid foods and habits that aggravate your primary dosha, and prioritize those that pacify it.
- Consult with your doctor if you have questions or experience any imbalance.
- Visit your ayurvedic practitioner for weekly abhyanga and seasonal purification.
2. Take Your Rasayana Medicines
- Continue taking the prescribed rejuvenating (rasayana) medicines as directed by your Ayurveda doctor.
- Take them at the same time each day for best results.
3. Establish a Gentle Daily Routine (Dinacharya)
Sample Daily Schedule:

8:00–9:00 Calming activities: warm herbal tea, journaling, light stretching
9:00Prepare for bed, gratitude practice
9:30Sleep
Tips:
- Eat at regular times and avoid late-night meals.
- Go to bed early to support deep healing.
- Keep screen time to a minimum, especially in the evening.
- Maintain gentle activity—do not rush back into intense exercise or stressful routines.
4. Mindful Integration
- Be patient with yourself; reintegration is gradual.
- Reflect on your Panchakarma experience and set intentions for new habits.
- Stay connected with your practitioner for ongoing guidance.
