Guidelines to do after panchakarma


 Guidelines for Post-Panchakarma Care & Life Integration

Completing your 21-day Panchakarma program is a significant step toward lasting health and balance. To protect your progress and gently reintegrate into daily life, please follow these guidelines:


1. Continue Following Your Dosha Protocol

  • Adhere to the diet and lifestyle recommendations provided for your constitution (Vata, Pitta, or Kapha).
  • Avoid foods and habits that aggravate your primary dosha, and prioritize those that pacify it.
  • Consult with your doctor if you have questions or experience any imbalance.
  • Visit your ayurvedic practitioner for weekly abhyanga and seasonal purification.

2. Take Your Rasayana Medicines

  • Continue taking the prescribed rejuvenating (rasayana) medicines as directed by your Ayurveda doctor.
  • Take them at the same time each day for best results.

3. Establish a Gentle Daily Routine (Dinacharya)

Sample Daily Schedule:

8:00–9:00 Calming activities: warm herbal tea, journaling, light stretching

Tips:
  • Eat at regular times and avoid late-night meals.
  • Go to bed early to support deep healing.
  • Keep screen time to a minimum, especially in the evening.
  • Maintain gentle activity—do not rush back into intense exercise or stressful routines.

4. Mindful Integration

  • Be patient with yourself; reintegration is gradual.
  • Reflect on your Panchakarma experience and set intentions for new habits.
  • Stay connected with your practitioner for ongoing guidance.
