Ingredients
4 ounces (1 cup) of white almonds, peeled
1 clove medium garlic
1/1/2 tsp salt
4 slices of bread of your preference
6 tsp olive oil
3 tsp red vinegar
4 cups of water
1/2 pound (1 cup) green grapes, peeled
3 tsp roasted white almonds (optional)
Procedure
Soak the almonds overnight or cook in water until soft.
Blend together at high speed: water, almonds, garlic and salt. Add slowly the bread until forming a cream. Add olive oil, vinegar and more water if needed. Put the cream in a bowl and add the peeled grapes. Refrigerate for 4 hours, serve with olive oil and roasted almonds.
